Infractions include a history of assaultive behavior against staff or inmates, sexual abuse, escape or serious escape attempts, and threats to orderly prison operations, such as being involved with a gang.

Johnson has been accused of involvement in at least two escape plots.

This man confessed to murder and as such should rightly be behind bars (or where there is INCONTROVERTIBLE evidence, even executed). However, what this guy is being given is a living death. Not on.

But that is the reason he's been in solidarity for so long, you should mention that. Also he Murdered someone, how would you want him to be treated if he murdered your partner or children.

Saint John Police says a man faces a number of charges related to the theft of a kayak. (CBC)

While seeing people pedalling bikes down Saint John streets might be a common sight for the city's police department, seeing a man pedalling a bike while carrying a brand new kayak is not.

"You don't see that at 10:30 at night often," said acting Sgt. Tracy Simmons.

As a result of the Saturday night sighting, patrol officers stopped the 38-year-old man after they saw him on his bike with the kayak.

They discovered the kayak had just been stolen from the Canadian Tire on Fairvale Boulevard.

The man has been charged with break and enter, possession of stolen property and breach of probation.

Simmons said the man is scheduled to appear in court on the charges at a later date.
