The way I read it Lambert has put in an early CV for the Everton job and is recommending McCarthy as his replacement.
I'd love to have seen his chat with Pep Guardiola, but I would have needed two interpreters! Ciderman, the article is in The Sun - and you think there is a subtlety to the piece that you can read between the lines?
