I watched the game on Sky and Arsenal were really good, Villa were very poor, with no real cutting edge and could easily have conceded 3 or 4 more. I personally get no satisfaction from seeing ex City managers struggle when they move on,and I doubt for 1 minute if Lambert gives us a second thought
If loses the dressing room as well as the fans he must surely be on borrowed time. Three years he's been building that squad and they're going backwards each season. Safe to say it's not been the success he would have hoped for, or expected. My guess is he's missing Karsa and Culverhouse, though they were hardly pulling up trees before they were sacked.
They haven't scored since before Christmas but still not as bad as QPR & the the other 2 promoted sides, Lambert has not spent any money for a while & it seems clear the American owner can't sell the club . I don't think they will go down. Randy Learner sounds like a porn star name .
To be honest I couldn't care less about him. He walked out on us for his own betterment and it has gone sour (it was never anything else really) and I neither feel malice or pity. I feel more interest in CH at Brighton as he is a much more decent individual.
