MOM for me, closely followed by Pilks. Moro was a real handful for the Swans today Would obviously love to see him score more goals though.
Yeah, a striker lives on goals but with the way we play im expecting bennett and pilks to proberbly grab more goals than any other as there effectively playing upfront aswell.
The guy is a powerhouse ex Millwall thug of a player, in the nicest possible way. Fast and strong with a good touch too.
He was brilliant today, worked his socks off. Real strength, hassled, and was a constant pain for the Swans defence. MOM without a doubt for me.
To me, it's not important whether he scores or not, while he's in this form, he's creating chances for others to score and that's just as important as scoring himself!
What does all this mean for our beloved Grolt though? It is great to see Morro doing so well but will it limit Grolt to bit part appearances from the subs bench? Really can't imagine them both starting at any point. On the other side of that, In Grant Holt, what superb cover should Morison have to miss any games...
We'll be using the whole squad. Don't think Holt's going to be twiddling his thumbs all season. The pace, effort and therefore fatigue required to compete in this league means everyone will get their shot. I trust Lambert's plan!!
