Sound familiar? it should do. Will the hapless perennial Tea-Boy ever develop a Plan-B? Apparently not! After being humiliated at home against a very poor under strength West Ham side. How long will the Spudling board put up with this chanced before calls for his head and chants of 'You don't know what your doing' are common place at three point lane? please log in to view this image
It's quite sad what he's done to Jol/Redknapp's side. Two years ago Spurs were known for playing an attractive attacking brand of football with flamboyant wing play, they were always good to watch even if they didn't click on the day. AVB's frozen out the best LB they have at the club as he did with Cole so they've actually got no natural width coming from anywhere other than Kyle Walker. They've had probably the easiest run (on paper) out of the top 7 teams and yet only scored 6 goals in 7 PL games. Scary viewing.
DL do you mean BAE when you say the best fullback? I'm glad he froze him out. The guy came with at least one major **** up per match. Plus he had a poor attitude in training. He may offer natural width but there's more to an individual than the positive aspects of his game, especially when the negatives outweigh them. That was not the problem yesterday. As in the second half against your boys. We missed Sandro to win the midfield. That if anything is what AVB needs to look at.
Obviously a lower level but he's been great for us. I don't think Rose is any better and Walker seems no better than when he played for us either.
Rose is better than BAE,and get's forward better, when he get's back from injury that will give us width on the left
It wasn't so long ago that the spuds were lauding up BAE as the best thing since sliced bread and now they've turned full circle and he's not even as good as Danny Rose ??? To me AVB is one dimensional, he has no idea what to do when the **** hits the fan and despite even throwing 110m at the problem he still can't come up with a plan B. If the spuds don't finish in the top four this season it will be the biggest waste of money ever. That sort of spending is on a par with Chelsea and City, but at least they've won something after spending it. Spurs just seem to excel at pissing it up the wall
