I don't read the papers much so I don't know how widely it has been reported. Munteanu was sacked after underwhelming performances in the Russian Premier League and Europa League this season.
Hrm. Probably bad news from our point of view. We'll be on the end of the new manager syndrome, where players try and show the new boss what they can do...in fact we're getting that this weekend against Sunderland as well! :s
