He done a great job for us banging the goals in but I think this is bad move for the SPL all time top goalscorer. As former Hearts player Michael Stewart said, it is a lot safer with the bigger clubs in Turkey, but the smaller clubs will often break contracts and fail to pay you on time.

Darius Vassell was given a hero's welcome when he arrived at Ankaragucu, thanks at most to club officals there hyping the fella up as a goal machine. I hope to god they don't do the same for Boyd!

Anyway I can see him back in Scotland next summer if this move goes through as expected.

He couldn't handle Hampden in the sun, WTF is he going to be like in Turkey <yikes>

I bet he regrets leaving Rangers now. Or maybe not.

Guess we are the winners though.

    Kris Boyd - Legend

We gave away our two top scorers (Miller/Boyd) and still won the league!:1980_boogie_down:

    Kris Boyd, a summary.

A fair to middling goalscorer who scowled his way through matches and managed to score a solitary goal against Celtic in his entire Rangers career. He threw a hissy fit when he could not get a game for Scotland which only served to underline his petulance and misguided arrogance.

He moved to the second Tier of Englsih football and was found wanting. He was then farmed out to another team where he again failed miserably and he is now desperately seeking another peg to hang his oversized hat on.

    He has been found out.

When he returns to Scottish Football in the twilight of his average career, he will likely end up at Killie, or Motherwell, that in all truth is probably his level.
