Krancjcar spent much of last season hampered by hamstring trouble and missed the World Cup after aggravating the problem during Rangersâ victorious Championship play-off final against Derby at Wembley. He was nursing the injury when he arrived from Kiev last year and had missed pre-season, which he feels affected his conditioning throughout the campaign. âThis time Iâve had a pre-season in Ukraine, which I didnât get the chance to do last year because of my injury,â he explained. âIâve lost three or four kilos and I feel great and Iâm happy. I feel much better than when I came here last year.â http://www.westlondonsport.com/qpr/...edding-half-a-stone-for-premier-league-return
Mmmmm 6 -8lbs old money or 3 - 4 bags of sugar.......hardly streamlined but it's a good start to improving his fitness.....
As I've said before, pace is not so important with him. He can turn on a sixpence and leaves players standing. If he's close enough to the goal, they won't catch up to him
If Kranjcar can pass on his fat fighters tips to our very talented Adle then everyone's a winner. A fit and motivated Taarabt would be very useful to us and hopefully a joy to watch.
