    I think Nigel is definitely an inverse pyramid style of manager, one of very few in football I would say.

    well in the retail sector it's Key Performance Indicators, eg; sales, waste, shrink... so in football I imagine it's possesion, shots, shots on target, etc etc...

    KPI's are one of the reasons that Adkins plays Guly. His stats do a lot of talking.
