Cole Kpekawa is set to cut short his Pompey loan stay.
The QPR defender was left out of the Blues’ match-day squad for the defeat against Bury today as caretaker boss Gary Wadddock named just six players on the bench.
And the R’s loanee now looks likely to return to Loftus Road after just two starts.

Waddock said: ‘There will be some news about that on Monday.’
Meanwhile, Pompey defender Jack Whatmough is set to undergo knee surgery on Monday.
The Gosport talent suffered cruciate ligament damage in last month’s 2-2 draw against Cheltenham.

If the k was silent, it would be pronounced peeowwa which is very similar to the sound I made when I last hit my head on a cupboard door.

To have your name followed by that many obscenities is not a good start to a young footballing career so I think he needs to go for the silent p option.

Looks like Portsmouth are trying to save money now the season is drawing to a close and they have nothing to play for.
