Got me thinking the thread about Geo wanting to come back to England.

If you had to pick Geo or Koren to play in the system we are using now, which one would you pick and why??

I'd pick Koren ahead of Geo due to his experience of playing in this league and his proven sucess at this level.

Koren as his legs are younger and his shooting is better. Geo was great but his ship has now sailed.

Koren. I don't think Geo would be anywhere near as affective as Koren is in this league.

I'd also take Koren over Geo in the PL as well.

on topic i would say koren. geo was like whitmore. hibernated through the winter. not useful for a season that includes winter.

    Koren without doubt.

Geo had a good couple of months at the start of our first PL season, but didn't do too much else really.

probably koren, but hard not to automatically think of that week, with stunning goals at arsenal and tottenham lane and lean towards geo.

Koren for me, i know it was in a different division, so it's hard to compare, but Geo had a few decent games for us but never really did much afterwards.

Koren is scoring regularly for City.

If you measure out Korens and Geos contributions it probably works out about the same, as Koren has had many invisible games for us apart from lately, so on the balance of things will go for Geo because of his amazing goals v Prem teams

Both. Play Geo where mclean is playing and then play either mclean or fryatt where fryatt is currently playing. It'd be a close call between the two in my opinion as both players bring something different to the table

Geo. may go missing a lot but when he's on his game he's twice the player of Koren.

slight exaggeration.. at his best, a gamewinner certainly, but so is Robbie.. Geovanni shone briefly in the PL, Koren is having a longer term impact in the npc and for me is visibly better without that Bullard fella around..

our star of the future though may well be another Robbie.. seemed to excel as the playmaker in the Ipswich match.. there is a great player in there and I hope he fulfills his potential with City..

So long as he's just **** enough for the rest of the season for us to get him at a good price without missing out on promotion.

I've done just enough at work to meet the targets I'd been set. I'd say that's nearer to hoping that Brady does just enough for us to get promoted and nothing else so that we can still afford to buy him in the summer.

They are both indeed game winners and very similar players, Koren has his consistency which over the course of a season probably gives him the nod overall, but to save hassle, I'm judgin when they're both on their best days, in which case geo has to prevail as his technical ability far surpasses korens, most noticeably his dribbling and shooting IMO.

koren is one of them players where he can do nothing for 50-60 mins then come up with a game wining strike or a goal scoring pass witch makes up for him floating about doing nothing geo is the same sort of player but probably has a little more to offer i think it would be great to have them both to choose from but because of his form this season i would have to go with koren!!
