Good article praising Koeman and comparing him favourably with Van Gaal. Couple of mistakes...we were third before the Sunderland game and Clyne was already here, not a new signing.

It's something we have to accept I'm afraid. These players know the riches that are available to them from the big clubs in the EPL. Top clubs want players proven at the top level, so we do the spade work and after a season or two off they go. We've seen it all before and I'm sure there will be interest in Tadic quite soon. We might compete on the field but can't match the salaries.

Quite like Ron getting due recognition but we'll do well to keep hold of him as well. This line made me smile;

I agree with Fran, those comments do not need to be said. He does not need to start saying Tadic will go on and play for Barca or Chelsea one day. If it happens it happens but he is a sousehapton player under contract.

Part of the game now. No point in trying to denie that will most likely happen, the more fans accept players move on the better. They just have to enjoy the players while they are here.

Oh, I wouldn't read too much into that. He said maybe.

But Dusan, by himself, decided it was better to take the first step up and maybe he can think about taking another one later. That’s also a good quality – he has good sense.

And maybe Saints and Dusan will take the next step together. Who knows..? No need to invite disappointment along to the party when it's enjoyment time.
