A thing I like about Nicola is that he includes all staff. He stopped the players only Christmas party and invited all staff and partners. He said everyone likes a chance to dress up and have a good time.

They never announced it...but must be about 15,000, so 0.003%. Some families will have more than one which would increase the chance of someone going.
