Wow. Didn’t see that coming. Have to say I’m not a fan of the way he goes on during games, the “I am entitled”arrogance he seems to have, but he is a cracking manager. Watched his interview and, this is just speculation mind, I wonder if it’s health related. Comments about having to leave and running out of energy. Hope the fella is ok
I am not a fan of the way he carries on about refs etc. But cant deny he has produced some cracking football. It is a tough job being the main man, 24/7/365. Always on, always thinking, always a problem. Hopefully a rest and he has one more gig in him.
Never liked his touchline antics, good manager but won't loose any sleep that he's going, space for a British manager whose up and coming perhaps.
Blokes a ****ing ****er can't stand him! Best mates with the press when winning absolute **** when not! Has a huge chip on his shoulder, I mean his results at least mean he can back up his arrogance but its like he wants all the 'little teams' to admire his side and let them play their game! That being said if he was our manager I could forgive all that as he is a fantastic manager and LFC fans will be gutted.
Not a fan of him at all but can’t fault the job he’s done, title race will be an interesting one this year
Here's another one I don't understand the hate for. Apparently, when he was at Dortmund he was know for just being a normal bloke. People would stop him on the street and he'd be happy to stand and talk football with them for hours. Staff (general, not coaching) at Liverpool love him too apparently.
The media must have got wind that it was going to happen. Awful time to announce it when there's still a league to win.
Incredible job and loved by all his fans and people in city. Don't think he'll care a few keyboard warriors don't like him
I've nothing but admiration for what he's achieved, but christ Sky Sports are having an absolute **** fest about him this afternoon. I'd turn it off if I was at home but it's on in the bar we're in
