Despite earlier speculation about a âDirector of Footballâ (or whatever the title) nothing appears to have happened. And now Kit says he is content with his coaches - "Fulham manager Kit Symons says he is in no rush to add to his backroom staff at Craven Cottage. "If there was someone who would make us better who we could bring in, I would always do that if it is the right person," he told BBC London 94.9. "I wouldn't rule things out but we are in a good situation at the moment. We are not desperate to do anything." He added: "The dynamic of the playing staff and the coaching staff is something I am very conscious of and focus on a lot. I am delighted with the group of staff I have got working with me. We are very lucky in that department. Nothing has materialised at all." I daresay if he wanted to flex his muscles or make his mark he would've had Curbs brought in by now, given his open admiration. He hasn't ruled anything out though, so lets wait and see.
