It appears that the Stars have really starred, finishing at the top of the Premiership in the regular season.. They now have a choice of opponent for their semi-final playoff and are currently in superb form.Anyone remember when there was a team in Norwich? Ove Fundin was their big star I remember.

Aub Lawson and Billy Bales were also favourites! <ok>

Used to go regularly when I was a lad living in St Faiths. We used to cycle across the then empty airfield! Shame when it ended. One of the first houses built on the site was called 'Fundin House' <ok>

I used to go with my dad, I remember Aub Lawson's young son used to speed round on a mini bike between races

What I remember most is the smell, that smell added to the excitement. <cheers>
