Well he's just gone up in my estimation. I think he's an absolutely brilliant footballer but he has a real nasty side to him that sometimes isn't obvious. Elbows in the ribs is part of his game - ask any Premiership defender - and his competitive nature gets the better of him sometimes which doesn't set a great example for youngsters.

But when are we signing him? <laugh>

in part, that's what makes him a great footballer. They all have it; most don't show it.

The Will to win i guess, as said above you must have it but he does over step the mark sometimes. What suprised me about him is that in the flesh he is a fair size and he uses it as well!! One of the best in the prem league ever isnt he.

Alot of the top pro's have sung our praises and we just add him to the list ;)

Balotelli said we Are one of the best footballing teams around
Saurez said we Are a really good team
Fabregas talked us up on twitter saying he just loves the way we play the game
Rio has said similar in the past
Lescott twittered about us in the past, saying respect to swans top tekkers!

To earn that level of respect from top players says alot for our boys, everyday still seems like dreamland for me tbh! As my friend said the other day"its almost like that season of Dallas which ended when pam woke up to find bobby ewing was in the shower and the last 18 months was all in her head and never happened!"...<laugh>

Im half expecting to one day realise it aint man utd away its hartlepool and we Are back at the vetch playing in L1 drinking tea that boils at 3000' degree's and stays hot until 9pm and eating a half warm half cold pastie..<laugh>

Living the Dream we Are !!

It does also highlight that, despite the fact that all the top players are seeing this, the England set up stays stuck in the past. The fact that the Spain manager has come to watch our players, despite their team being leagues ahead of England, speaks volumes about the different attitudes of the two countries. Caulker can only play for England when he goes back to Spurs etc.

There is an attitude with England that focuses too much on the top clubs - Wales does pick up on the realism that getting young Welsh players playing for their country will help them get to a big club. Whilst England are obviously far superior they should take a happy middle ground.

Takes me back to one of the classic football chants of all time......

To the tune of Rewind by Craig David (sung by opposing fans while he was at Arsenal)

    Van Per-sie,
When a girl says no, Molest her.

It's up there with the song sung when Graham Rix got done for kid porn, to the classic Manic's anthem......

If you tolerate Rix, then your children will be next!
