All Scottish teams could be banned from European Competition eventually if the SFA don't comply with the rules.

Get these cheating bastards out of our game.

Interesting that you should blame Rangers for this mess when the SFA:

    i) Tried to impose an illegal punishment on a member club
ii) Denied that club any means of arbitration

Wake up and smell the coffee, timmy.

You can't take the National Association to the civil courts.

But it's the SFA's fault Rangers have blatantly and frivolously flaunted UEFA and FIFA rules to the detriment of the Scottish game.

Die ya Huns, just **** off out our game and die.

Don't trouble yourself Tarquin, these brain damaged Timbo's sense of logic is worrying for Scottish society as a whole.

When the QC was ripping the SFA to bits, Venom and ST had a ****-a-thon as both fantasised about drinking the QC's pearly goodness, but when the SFA go against basic statutes, not just in law, but in Western societies at large, it's Rangers fault.

    PITY THE TIMMY <ok>

It was the actions of your club that forced the SFA to act. They even said in their report that they considered throwing you out but took the decision to put in place the signing embargo which was basically a way of saying "we could have ****ed you right up but have purposefully given you a lesser punishment".

Rather than accept it you took the SFA to court despite knowing what could happen with regards FIFA/UEFA.

During all of this (and on top of everything else that's gone on) not one person from Rangers has had the decency to apologise. Rather, the club and the fans carry on in the same arrogant manner as before.

I actually hope the SFA boot you out of Scottish football.

    <Whoosh>

Sometimes you speak sense other times you're just a spastic.

We were legally within our rights to bring a QC to the SFA hearing. Don't remember Celtic taking the SFA to the civil courts and dragging the whole of Scottish Football with us.

You really are a stupid ****stick.

    No we didn't.

What were we supposed to do? Just sit back and accept the SFA's illegal punishment? I thought you bhoys were all about sporting integrity?

We're off to the Championship. We're getting FIFA/UEFA to torpedo the Scottish game before we go.

    Get it up ye's.

What were we supposed to do !!! Read the 108 page report the sfa sent out , which explained Rangers were given a LESSER punishment with a transfer embargo than they were entitled to , you were warned but stupidly you took it to the scottish courts .Now it's suspension or expelled which you deserved all along.

so the sfa said you cannot take it any further and their decision was final. you then took it further through the civil court. hence I am sure you could have gone to the CAS.

What bit of 'there was no other recourse for the club' (i.e. the Court of Session) don't you understand?

From the BBC. A timely reminder for Rangers that FPP is in full force and their corruption will no longer go unpunished.

surely that only applies, Tarquin, if the club accept it - if they go "well actually we are going to try" then there is nowt the sfa can do

lets face it - everyone in football knows that the game exists on a tenous bunch of rules that dont always conform with the law of the land - in fact they often dont conform

thats why uefa and fifa hate clubs going to civil courts and its why they punish associations that let their clubs do it

it all depends now on if the sfa have the nuts to sanction rangers (they dont)

anyone take bets on a 1 year scottish cup ban?
