No one gives enough credit to this guy..all credit goes to Tevez?

Carlos is behaving like this thanks to good advice from his agent - no?
Mark Hughes - Why would he leave Fulham (Agent is Kia)

Kia has links with City hierarchy right?
But still can't iron out Carlos issues - So does that mean it is just Carlos all the way?

I just hope Ramires is not involved with this Kia guy!! - Can anyone confirm?

He used to be with Mascherano, who sacked him and is obviously now at Barca. Normal agents are bad enough, Kia is a cancer to football.

If the club loses any money on Carlos they should look to the courts and see if it is possible to sue Kia for make Carlos break his contract by refusing to play for the club. Kia has caused nothing but problems for this club since the 1st day he stepped into this club as an agent for Mark Hughes. The sooner the club can get this scum bag out of the club the better, he is onlu interested inhow much money he can get out of the club and is not the least bit interested inwhat he can do for the club.

Dunno about other players, but his influence with Tevez seems to be pretty much absolute.

He effectively brought the guy from Boca to Corinthians back in 2005 in the then largest deal in South American history, around £14 million of which apparently a large proportion went to Joorabchian.

Then in 2006 Tevez refuses to play for Corinthians and gets transferred to West Ham - apparently they were the only club willing to take him on whilst he was owned by Joorabchian. West Ham then apparently couldn't play him and Mascherano for many games in their first season, as the appearance fees to MSI were so high.

In 2007 Joorabchian takes West Ham to court to try and force them to allow Tevez to move to Utd. West Ham eventually get £2 million out of the deal whilst Joorabchian gets a £10 million fee for the two year loan.

In 2009 Utd offer Tevez a permanent contract and agree to pay the £25.5 million option price. Tevez instead signs for Man City, netting Joorabchian an addition £10-20 million depending on who you believe. Depending on who you listen to, the contract had always been on the table but Joorabchian was already negotiating with City and thus kept the contract from Tevez to drive him away from Utd.

In December 2010 Joorabchian demands City give Tevez a new contract, despite him already earning £250k a week. A few days later Tevez hands in a transfer request and wrecks his rep with many of the staff at the club.

Who knows to what extent this recent spat is due to Tevez himself, or Joorabchian whispering in his ear about how great he is and how he should never have to be a sub. It could well be that Tevez would have been a loyal and model professional at every club he has been at without the constant BS he seems to get from Joorabchian.

But it seems pretty clear from Tevez' history that pretty much every move he has made has made Joorabchian an absolute fortune, whilst probably not being the best for the player. He could have joined a top club in 2006 if he hadn't been "owned" by Joorabchian, and likewise in 2007 he could have been properly transferred to Utd with a five year contract and would almost certainly be one of our first choice strikers now. And he probably wouldn't be on the way out the door at City had Joorabchian not seen bigger £ signs in December 2010 and stirred up trouble when Tevez was the undoubted number 1 striker at City. As it is, with City having now placed Tevez on indefinite "gardening leave", he may be about to waste the best years of his footballing life on the bench whilst City try to find a club willing to take the damaged goods that Tevez must now surely represent.

They should sack him and take him to court for his wages for the duration of his contract and seek punitive damages for the poor re-sale value in doing so.

So, Kia doesnt work magic with others to this extent - except may be Mark Hughes I guess. then partnership of Carlos and Kia is amazing.. very good business people .. shame for football though...

So - tevez current saga is nothing new - he has done it in Brazil and i wonder how Corinthians were again willing to buy him back - Surprise.

    very good summary swarbs!
