Anyone else find it odd Swansea are after Jones?! His main attributes are scoring and winning headers, certainly not the type to knock it about and his technique is questionable at best.

So I cannot understand why of all the clubs in the prem, the team that do not hoof it are after Jones

May allow Swansea to mix it more. Possible impact sub?

I always thought he had many attributes to be a top class striker. Unfortunately his temperament is undeniably questionable.

I think Jones has a good pair of feet, a good first touch and dribbling skills- much under used perhaps but not his fault if that is how the team plays.

    Good defensive qualities too.

It's his desire that lets him down

He has all of the tools but lacks the will to apply them

He could set up bagfuls for Michu with Dyer & Routledge, think he'll do well there.

Gives them a plan b, as mentioned.

I thought of the plan b thing but I really can't see Swansea lumping it up to him

Doesn't need to be lumping it mate, the option of early crosses to the back stick.
