I can see us losing this one as we did in the semi-final last year. Obviously the competition itself is of no importance but it would be nice to stay in it as, with no reserve league, our fringe players don't get many chances of competitive football.

I don't know who of the senior players can be risked. I can only think of Alnick, Green and Cook, with maybe Hughes for match fitness. And we may be without many of the best youngsters. Presumably Pigott, Cousins and Harriott won't start. Azeez, Smith, Hollands and Pope are out on loan.

So we are likely to field a ragbag assortment who have never played together and some of whom will be very young.

Wonder if we'll pretty much play a mixed side of U18s and U21s like the first game against Thamesmead

As a Darts fan, I can tell you they'll be running their academy out too, and unlike in the previous round at Welling, I'm not sure if a single first teamer will figure. Such is life with a small squad, lots of injuries and no sugar daddy to bail you out!

Charlton taking control at the tail end of the second half, but still 0-0.

Final score 1-0. According to the Dartford fórum, Charlton basically ran the second half, with a huge number of shots and corners, but Dartford nicked a late winner to sabe everyone from extra time.
