Great thread gonz, this probably explains the bitter and twisted wums that are jealous of our manager and his fantastic achievements.
I concur; any LFC supporters posting, let's keep this thread a positive one! Thank god Kenny has been and continues to be a part of our Football club!
Yeah why not,hes won more during his career as player and manager than Chelsea have in their entire history.
Yeah, because we dont wanna be like Chelsea who've had more managers in 3 yrs than The Queen Vic and Rovers Return combined.
There is no doubt about Kenny's credentials as a player. Exceptional and in my view the best player we have had. It is his MANAGERIAL ones we need to consider. Apart from the Carling cup which we won a few weeks ago, the last major trophy we won under him was in 1990! and that is TWENTY TWO years ago. Things change in a couple of years never mind 22! Remember he was out of the game altogether for about 10 years. Has he got the handle on new methods and new tactics? modern players and their vast wealth and their attitude? His CV may look impressive but you could also use it to damn him too.
Well his Newcastle job was obviously trophyless as he was managing Newcastle, so best to leave than one out anyway!
Carlthejackal You say you are not calling for Kenny's head repeatedly but this is now two threads, one started by you where you continually call into question Kenny's management ability. You start it off in the "some might say" way but the repetition indicates these are your opinions. Grow some balls and say you want Kenny sacked. Then grow an IQ and please inform us of the football leviathan that will take over & rescue us from the devastation KD has so obviously caused
Well said DirtyFrank. Anyone who thinks Kenny is going anywhere is deluded. Tell me who will replace him? I've said many times on this board, that FSG appointed him firstly to stabalise the club after the H & G, Hodgson shambles, which he did. And then to get rid of the dross and start rebuilding, which he is also IN THE PROCESS of doing. So all you knee jerking doom mongers, take your head out of your fantasy manager/player computer games and face reality. Rate him or not, love him or loathe him, Kenny will not be going anywhere after 18 months in the job.
Brilliant news. On course for your worst season in 30 years,100m spent and you've got worse and he's staying. On behalf of the rest of the Prem YIPPEEEEEEEEE
Will Kenny still get a knighthood, after the Suarez fiasco? And his record as a player is very good, second to Ryan Giggs
Why is this fool always on our board? Haven't you got a game to go to shortly? Oh. Sorry I forgot, plastic chavs only go when they're dishing out free flags.
CPoL I checked out the Chelsea boards. Amazed to see in the top 15 threads only 4 posts by you, all largely ignored by the Chelsea community. This explains everything......
