I've been looking for a reason to post this image.

A possible future according to Football Manager.

Millen's virtually unemployable - and we had him as manager !!!

'but a good bloke' - WTF has that got to do with employment.

Blackpool Youth Development Coach is about his level and even then had to rely on the 'old boys network'.

Hang on a minute - Millen was a good servsnt to our club - first as a palyer, then coach, assistant manager - he did not throw his toys when Coppell got the job - left with dignity.
    That's what life is about

Some people are better at being Assistant rather than Manager - football is littered with them - e.g Brian Kidd, Steve Clarke etc. For me Millen was a good No2, but it obviously did not work out when given the top job. Don't forget this was his first Manager job (Alex Fergusson failed in his first job - St Mirren?)
My point is that he should also be remembered for the good things he did while at AG
I don't really care about Holloway - he means nothing to me to be honest
