    As someone on the message board said, nothing yet on either club's site. Also, has the window closed for transfers abroad? If so, then emergency loan only with possibility of recall if needed.

    Otherwise we look even lighter on cover at the back. Malky must have a loaner in mind now.

    If he has gone, that leaves us with 5 senior pros at the back plus youngsters!

    I hope Kev stays fit this season, he missed quite a few games last year.

    As you say, good luck to him. He did a job when we needed him, he's just a step down from what we currently have.

    The only youngster I know of for the back four is Nugent! Has anyone seen any of our youngsters who play fullback?! And are they any good....

    WoL now report Danny gabbidon has joined Palace and could face us on Saturday alongside Darcy. Could be a little early for him to start against us I think unless they have a defensive crisis.

    We can knock him off the list of potential defensive cover for us. I'm sure Malky must have someone in mind despite his "no loans" quote from a week or so ago. McNuggs, Taylor, 3 cb's plus Nugent leaves us very thin indeed.

    Saw Declan John and Oshilaja at Northampton. John looks a good little player but more left midfield than left back, imo too small to play left back at Championship level. Oshilaja did not play well at Northampton - not impressed.

    If we get injuries we will use the loan market.

    Malky also thinks weve got midfielders who can play there. Probably Gunnarsson and Cowie.

    Ain't Cowie and Gunner right footed meaning we've got no-one comfortable to play left back unless we use Ben Turner! He's left footed but a bit slow and distribution not the best!

    Connolly was brought in and apparently can play anywhere along the back 4 but we haven't seen him in these positions! A risk indeed and he's put a lot of faith in Nugent!

    He needs to loan out Ralls and the forgotten Harris I don't think there going to get any game time tbh! Shame we ain't in the Capitol One Cup as stated blob other posts!
