    decent player, but an area we have enough cover, blake gerrard and gyepes so good luck to him, i cant see him staying here come february though <ok>

    had a look at his twitter, seems a nice bloke too <ok>

    Would preffer to keep K9 than Gypes. We could possibly manage with them both leaving.

    I'm sorry to see him go, I'd rather keep K9 than Gyepes or Gerrard but we have enough cover for the back 4.

    We don't currently need him, although I agreee that he wouldn't be my first choice CB to go from our squad.
    Good luck to him, maybe if we could move on a few in Jan we might get one quality addition to really help us kick on.

    Yeh, he's probably better than what you got (McCarthy?) and will add to an already solid team. A lot of people here rate him, some of his tackles last season were class :)

    Thought he was really good to start and then went downhill.

    Would be a good signing for most Championship teams.

    Apart from Turner I think all our centre halves are of a similar standard. Good Championship players. Even Gypes could do a job for someone.

    Tidy player and seems like a decent fella too but just can't see him and gyepes ever getting a game. Gerrard clearly malky's 3rd choice, Blake is proven at international level and mcnaughton proved good cover if somehow three of our other centre backs got injured. Never known us to have that much strength in depth in one position. Need to ditch k9 and gabor and strengthen other areas (widemen imo) but both are championship quality and could do a job elsewhere.

    Best of luck to him, frees up wages to spend on areas where we don't have so much strength in depth, good move for all partys IMO
