I'm getting a bit fed up of seeing these quotes of Keegans mouthing off about the club, don't get me wrong the guy is a Toon legend and what happened the second time in charge was a bit ****. But to keep going on about his falling out with Ashley and saying the best day they'll have is when he leaves is all a bit childish IMO. Yes a lot of supporters probably think the same thing but what's his point? What is he trying to prove??? Other than to stir the supporters up again. Same with his comments about the AC money "they'll sell a couple of player and won't see any of the AC money then he'll sell up" How the **** would he know?? he hasn't been around the club for years and mamangement has changed that many times I'd be surprised if he knew any insiders!!!!! To me his comments just seem set to stir the **** which will amount to nothing. Do us all a favour Kev, keep your comments to yourself and have a bit of grace like Chris Houghton ***Rant over***
I don't see it happening how Keegan has said, the players are part of the club, by selling all your best players and not re-investing you greatly reduce the value of the club. It's in Ashley's interest for us to grow more and get back into Europe to maximise our value.
Yeah it's tiresome. Since he is an NUFC fan and has had personal grievances with Ashley too, he probably finds it hard to keep himself from slating the guy, he always has been a passionate bloke has ol' Kevin. Or maybe his idea is that if he is constantly reminding the public that Ashley is an idiot because he does X, Ashley may think "I'll show you assholes!" and do Y. Who knows.
Nice thought but doubt it, Ashley has his own plan and will stick to it no matter what others say. I know KK is passionate about football and the club, but just see his latest round of comments as the same as he's already said and it is just getting annoying now. Really wish he wasn't a football pundit at times cause some of his comments make you think, WTF are you on about.
