Hi Eire, I have not done much research into this so can you please share with us what his depth of football knowledge really is.
20 years owning a club and apparently looking after the transfers would indicate a knowledge of football to me. Certainly far more than the current gobshites in charge who said from day one they knew nothing. Probably first time they didn't lie
Well, there are those who learn each year and have 20 years of experience in these situations and others who do the same thing over and over for 20 years so that they really only have one year of experience 20 times over. Hiring and firing coaches 36 times indicates the latter for me, but who knows....

LOL. Some poor sod probably set up a fakie for a laugh & didn't count on you scaring the shyte out of him. That'll teach him!
Austin asked for the captaincy to be taken off him as he wasn't coping with the pressure ... PRESSURE ... since we dropped out of the Prem we have had a long list of players who came to us with good reputations but ended up tremblng wrecks by the time they were wheeled out of ER ... no money has meant we have been limited to signing too many players who simply can't cope with playing for a club like Leeds ... being in a promotion race at Reading, QPR, Palace, Stoke, Fulham, Wigan, Burnley, Bolton, Swansea, Cardiff, Norwich, Derby etc etc etc simply does not carry the same wieght of expectation or pressure as playing for Leeds at Carlisle in Lge One ... look at our playoff failures over the years, too many players simply not capable of coping ... when we finally had a group of players who understood Leeds and what was required mentally, we let them go ... Beckford, Howson, Snodgrass, Gradel, Becchio etc etc etc ... McD brought in players he believed in, like any other manager does, but for players to succeed the first thing needed is a squad that's firing and positive, and we simply haven't had that environment ... end of this season is the key to our future with the opportunity to offload all the rubbish that has been stagnating at our club ... we need to show intent and get Butland on a season loan from Stoke, go and sign a young talent like Patrick Bamford from Chelsea because he won't get in their team, look at getting in some Continental flair as well ... at least with Cellino the quality of players the manager is able to sign will improve, and players like Mowatt, Murphy, Byram and Charlie Taylor will be in a better unit that allows them to grow and push on ... let's see what the Summer brings Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
