Well that's my opinion as to why the atmosphere is subdued!

Here are the reasons behind my opinion:

    1. They play music too loud!
    2. They choose ****e music which doesn't motivate anyone!
    3. They play this ****e, loud music when the games started.
    4. The ****e, loud music stops home fans from singing / shouting cos there's NO FU(KING point since you can't hear yourself think for the SH1TE LOUD CRAP coming out of the stadium speaker system.
    5. The North, West, South, East stand welcome as had it's day, stop it now and do something different!
    6. Stadium management have no fooking imagination! If you had 22,000 people sat bored, you'd do something imaginative to create excitement, amuse or excite people!

I'd get some mad twat to tight rope walk across the top of the stadium, west to east! Or I'd get another nutter to sky dive into the stadium!

I'd get someone like John Bishop to do 15 minutes stand up either at 2;45 or half time!

There's a million fooking things you could do, but the brain donors managing our stadium have no imagination and it's to the detriment of the teams and crowds performances!

I agree in a way - I think the matchday 'build up' has become a bit 'stale' - when a football team has ran out of ideas and looks stale, the manager changes it. Why should this be any different? On Saturday E1 and E2 started to get a chant going, but that music came on when they line the teams up to shake hands and expect everyone to clap along in time to the music... it's a football match, not grannies bingo night!

I guess what I'm trying to say is, it could be sooooo much better! Back in the day when stadiums didn't have piped music, the crowd actively looked to entertain itself and atmospheres developed on there own.

As for Kasabian, ****e only good if you're a Leicester fan! If we are going to have to listen to old music let's have some Motorhead, ACDC, Clash, Black Sabeth anything but the recycled crap we're gettin now!

    heres my opinion

1.They need to turn it up where i sit to get the northeast corner going.
2.They do play crap music but you cant please everyone. (coffin dodgers)
3.The music didnt stop me singing on sat before kickoff, nobody else seems to join in.
4.Nobody boooos or cheers when the squads get read out.

We need younger supporters. Hull FC are getting all the young fans because they only charge £5 a seat. Its way to expensive when the 16-24 unemployment rate is so high!!

totally agree i go into the 16-22 price bracket next year and the price doubles, its ridiculous i sit in the family stand but moving to the north east corner, that is the only place there is an atmosphere, i love watching home games (when we actually play) but prefer to go to away games, the team playes better, the fans ar great and get behind the team, thats the difference in our home record and away, you look aat the support we get at home, we may get 22,000 but there is next to no noice, you go to forest for example and the 3,000 that went were deaffening, i dont think its the groundsmans fault its the fact football has become a 'family' sport and there are too many family place around so you can never recreate the atmosphere of the away games

The team killed the atmosphere in the first half yesterday.

It then got lifted when we decided it maybe a good idea to attack.

The atmosphere is dependent on the team, not the other way round.

Totally the same for me... i cant' expect my parents to pay more then double for my ticket next season i dont see how all of a sudden it can go from £100 to £270 ? afterall its a seat.. shouldn't we just have a fixed season ticket price for everyone ? say £150 ? does it make a difference ?

Im not going to be able to fork out almost £300 since i have no college EMA to get and i wont have a job until atleast November ...... the only thing i can attempt is to just wait for Season Tickets to go on general and get a ticket in a different place saying im still 15..... they won't know since my address will be different to this season
