KC or KCom???

Confused - KCom is becoming prevalent in various media outlets - how has this suddenly come about?

It's actually KCOM as LBIA says. They're quite keen on the capitalisation. But as you say, KCom with only the first half capitalised is quite prevalent in the media.

 

They've made it longer, that goes against the grain.

It used to be much longer, 'The Hull Corporation Telephone Department'.

 

The business traded in Hull as KC and nationally as Kcom, so they've renamed all of it as KCOM including some former sub brands.

Their product and admin is appalling and they think the rebrand will mask their failures
