Been saying it for ages , they look like they don't care or don't even want to be there , is anybody actually in charge of them ?
They looked like they were getting a bollocking at half-time in the home dugout on Tuesday from some grey haired bloke. It should be an honour to be a ball person( just for Happy). I'm pretty sure they have their mobiles with them aswell.
That'll be the same guy who was telling somebody in front of me to ssh last season when we were drawing against a ten man team and had no ball boys behind the goal we were attacking. It took the grey hair bloke ages to put somebody behind there. It's stupid they're allowed to sit there in pairs and ignore the game completely. They're there to assist the game. Wish the club would take note. The guy in charge of them doesn't seem to be doing much either.
Am I right in thinking that the ballboys/girls are members of the U16's at the club? If so, tell them that if they act lazy on matchdays they'll be dropped from their teams. If they give even half a **** it'll buck their ideas up.
Excellent idea. Put Castro's name down. He can also whip the crowd up into a frenzy at the same time.
Translation: this could make a funny video to watch over 60s running around as ballboys. You could put the video on Sports Relief on the BBC.
Anyone know how we could make this happen for one game nationally in every professional league. Sports Relief 2016 is the weekend of 18/3/16 to 20/3/16.
Let's hope there's a hidden rule in the KC Stadium rule book where if the ballboy near you isn't doing what they should be, you are allowed to push them off their stool and take over.
Middle aged ball blokes in Sportscard replica shirts, SuperDry jeans and Adidas Sambas. It's the future.
