Read reports to day that Kasami,is or has, left Fulham. Anyone throw any light on the matter,I thought that he was signed as one for the future.
I woke up to a report that he was set for Juventus, a very strange one indeed. He was signed for around £6 million so I can't imagine we would be selling for less than that. I thought he had looked decent at the start of his FFC career, maybe he was homesick or something? We did get him from Italy right?
I hope this isn't true - I think he's got a bright future ahead of him and I'd like it to be here. I don't think he cost us as much as £6m, more like £3-4m. And yeah, he was from Palermo in Italy.
Yes, quite strange if true - he played in the reserves earlier in the week. The rumour is for roughly the same £3.5m we paid for him and Juventus are going to put him straight out on loan. He hasn't featured much in the first team squad for a while - almost not at all since that infamous missed penalty - he showed potential. Would prefer to have him around a bit longer to see. Although I guess if he's not getting premiership games his value will only go down.
Think he cost £3.5m but strange if he is leaving. Unless Jol thinks he will not be able to cut it in PL and wants funds to invest somewhere else!

Just can't see the transfers out of the club that are being talked about. Like Dempsey, Johnson, Zamora, Duff, Kasami and Briggs loan, if Jol doesn't have players lined up to take their place.
I'd be sad to lose Kasami - but is this just paper talk? Having said that sometimes you lose players unexpectedly.
