A HUMAN resources executive was jailed for eight months yesterday after being caught drink driving for a third time. Louise Seatter, 31, was more than five times the limit when she was arrested in Aberdeen on December 17. She was stopped weeks after a previous ban for drink driving and did not have a full licence or insurance. Seatterâs lawyer, Peter Keene, said she drove drunk âin a moment of panicâ as she tried to get away from a date with a âcreepyâ man she had met on the internet. (the Old ER defence) He said his client had an alcohol addiction which was ruining her life, but was now sober and on medication for the problem. Mr Keene asked for a community payback order or fine for Seatter, who âbitterly regrettedâ her offence. (Have you ever noticed how people facing Jail are always full of remorse?) But Aberdeen sheriff Marysia Lewis said she had been repeatedly warned she faced prison, and her breath test reading of 178 was the highest she had ever seen. The limit is 35. Seatter, of Glenbervie Road, Aberdeen, was also banned from driving for three years. Her Audi A2 has been seized by the Crown. Her ex-boyfriend, Charles Beveridge, was banned for 18 months at the same court for drink driving earlier this week. The court heard she shopped him after they had a row.

Stupid boot. No excuse for drunk driving because there is absolutely no cause or reason to do it. Take a cab fur **** sake.
