He's an odd one. When he started out at MK Dons he was the youngest manager in the league and held up as a bright young thing, up and coming coach destined for big things, yet right now he just comes across as a bitter, miserable bloke stuck where he is. He's never been linked other jobs, even at bigger league one clubs and doesn't seem particularly popular with his own fans. Probably destined to be another Phil Parkinson.
