I very much admire the tenacity of the lady. The fact is Sky are handing over obscene amounts of money to premier league clubs who then simply hand over equally obscene amounts of money to players who have no idea how to handle their cash & also display a lack of judgement in their lives. Do they ever think of us, the supporters? I think not. It seems the lady has done nothing at all that is illegal in European law & who knows, she may well be doing all football fans a favour. She needs to be careful that News International are not tapping into her emails!
If you read the ruling, she is not breaking the law by watching it herself but, as long as the PL logo is on the image, then she will be breaking copyright laws (or some other such law that protects the monolith from the masses) if she shows it in her pub. A hollow victory methinks.
