Was just over on the Gooner board and saw a post saying there are reports that they'll make a bid in January. The price they threw around was 5-7 million. I know there's some here that'd be thrilled to get rid, I missed his howler since I was in the process of moving to London for school.

What are people's thoughts on what price you'd like for him, or about selling him to Arsenal, who have been a direct competitor for the title in years past?

Straight swap for Arshavin? 2 players who probably need a new challenge.

I could live with that! As long as there were no + cash arrangements!

i was wondering that kalou so much in the shadow of 'the Drog' - he is clueless.. maybe he will gain some confidence if Drog leaves...

again i am just being very optimistic and no way I would want Kalou to stay..

Well if he struggles being in the shadow of drogba then maybe he should do something about it and prove himself or try and believe in his ability because funny enough he has got some very good skills he just lacks the final touch but not all the time there just always seems to be something where here have a good game then go missing for 2-3months lol, it's like when Pastore joined PSG, i was so happy we didn't get him after he stated something like " i didn't want to join chelsea because i want to be starting all the time " Well his basically saying he don't believe in his own ability that he'd make it into the starting X1 for a big team

Let the boy go if we get a decent offer. I'm not going to be harsh on his record, because he has done the business on many occasions for us. Good luck to him and thanks for your contribution is what I say! <ok>

He crossed the ball in from the left, it landed right on Riise's head and that's why we love Soloman Kalou, la la la la la la la la kalou kalou.

Only good thing to come of him ;)

To be fair to Kalou, I think he has been a good player for us over the years. And I think thats the point and why people are so frustrated with him. He's only ever been 'good' for us.
When he first arrived in his first season, general opinion was we had an excellent prospect on our hands. But he hasn't developed in the way we hoped and this has created animosity towards him.
I think it is right time for him to leave as I can't see him getting many opportunities under AVB.
