Does anything think this rumour could have any basis? I think I'm being optimistic though. Would love it if it was true... Here are a few "sources": http://www.allvoices.com//contributed-news/10068448-kaka-emerges-as-loan-transfer-target-for-arsenal http://www.emirates247.com/sports/f...d-for-real-mega-star-kaka-2011-08-21-1.414334 http://soccervoice.com/n110733.htm
ArsenalAction was talking about us buying him a few days ago, that's where this is all from. Unfortunately, he then said we insulted his agent with our offer and now he's talking to Spurs... I wonder how reliable that all sounds.
Arsenal priorities are perhaps in other areas. Kaka seems to past his best. How long will it take him to adapt to the Premiership if he comes to Arsenal ?
Kaka would do several things: 1- Uplift all of the fans. He's Kaka. 2- Be able to teach Ramsey and some other players the tricks of the trade. They would benefit hugely from his experience 3- He's a really nice guy 4- We'd have God on our side 5- He might even play well
The main issue would be... that we wouldn't have to pay his massive wages and perhaps have him around for a few crucial months of the season. It's better than what we have currently.
i wouldnt be too sad if he joined and i bet most others wouldnt either, unless its from all the doom mongers and wenger out brigade which seems to have grown a lot in the past week
I cant see how wages would be an issue after letting go of Fabregas (95k), Clichy, Bendtner and Eboue. Kaka would be a great signing IMO.
i dont get some ppl, they will never be happy unless wenger signs who THEY want him to sign or am i wrong?
How can people object to getting Kaka on loan? Its not like we will be stuck with him of he flops. Of course I don't think it will happen but still...
Heard this aswell on sky sports news, it would be a great move as it looks like nasri is certain 2 go aswell so we do need someone witht he creativity of kaka and he has a goal threat aswell, if we were to sign him and possibly 2 centre backs although i would be fine with one then i would be happy. Hopefully something can be done because we need a lift and we desperately need a result on wednesday and sunday to lift the spirits and a signing few signings would also help lift the mood.
he is 29 years old and not injury prone as such, not in the same sense as RVP he is not injured now but i dont think Jose rates him highly as other players he has for me he would be a very welcome addition to our team
Kaka would be brilliant. Even if he was injured, his prescence would just give the place a lift. It would show that we can still attract top talent. Shame it won't happen though.
we were linked with him before he joined RM doubt he would leave them to join us while he is a 1st team player, we have better chance getting kaka
He's not played 30 games a season in all comps(i think) since like 2006, add in he'd be playing in a much more physical league and he'll probably get targeted because, hes KAKA it'll probably be less
