The main one is Kaboul - King and Gallas looked shocking last weekend. We'll do well to stop Spurs (the injured beast) from scoring but Cisse and Zamora might pose them a few problems. I also expect another high octane home performance after the slightly leggy showing last week (due to the number of fixtures played and the sapping 10 man show against Mr Mason and his high diving cronies) given that we've had enough time to get the energy levels back.
20/04/2012 by David McIntyre QPR striker DJ Campbell has been declared fully fit following his recent injury problem. Campbell, who spent much of the season struggling with a foot injury, has more recently been on the sidelines with a hamstring complaint. He returned to training a fortnight ago but was not fit enough to be included in the squad for last weekend’s game at West Brom, after which boss Mark Hughes suggested that the player faced an important week as he tried to build up his fitness. And Hughes has confirmed that both Campbell and Heidar Helguson have made good progress in their recoveries and are available for Saturday’s match against Tottenham. Helguson, who came on as a substitute last time out, has been easing his way back following a groin problem. “It went well with DJ this week,” Hughes told West London Sport. “With Djibril Cisse now back from suspension, I’ve got all my strikers available and they’re all different types of striker, which is obviously good.”
I more concerned about Adebayor,Van der vaat,Lennon,Bale,Modric and Kyle walker!!. Make no mistake this will be very tough game and just hope the 'good spurs' dont turn up or we could be in trouble. Its a horrible position to be in to know we would have to beat spurs to have a chance to move on.Anything other than a win could be curtains. Lets see
Everything was looking great on this thread until I came to this! Seriously though we can beat these, lads. Full OR weakened team.
Well its good that we've got all our strikers fit. One of them needs to find the 'eye of the tiger' and make themselves a QPR legend.. Cisse owes us and he is a genuine lunatic so my money is on him.. Helguson is still our leading scorer with 9 in half a season-maybe he would have scored 20 if he had stayed fit Bothyroyd and Zamora dont have the X Factor DJ -who knows? local boy made good would be a good story One of them has got to do the business and put the ball in the net 3 or 4 times that is for sure
Without Kaboul Spurs are there for the taking. Zamora is now Drogba but he is excellent at holding the ball up and is the sort if striker G*llas and King don't like playing against
Hmm, how many times have you all turned up to LR feeling a little more confident because of the rumours re opposition injured players only to find they are in the first team? Either way, roll on 5:30.
Newcastle result will drive Spurs on. That 4th place is up for grabs, they won't want to let go yet. We will be up for a very tough game and 'Arry will be after motivating them the way he knows how to. Feeling very nervous about tonight's game!
