Television presenter and comic Justin Lee Collins compiled a graphic dossier of his girlfriend's sexual history, a court has heard. Mr Collins, 38, denies causing fear of violence to Anna Larke, of Pirton, Hertfordshire, last year. St Albans Crown Court heard he had a "prurient" interest in her previous relationships, which he "used against her in arguments and assaults". He is said to have verbally abused her and physically assaulted her. Mr Collins, star of Channel 4's Friday Night Project, is currently appearing in the West End musical Rock of Ages. 'Campaign of abuse' The jury heard heard that to "control" Ms Larke, also 38, her forced her to close her Facebook, Twitter and email accounts once he had read messages. He is said to have asked her who she was speaking to on her phone or who she was texting, told her not to sleep with her back against him and made her get rid of DVDs which featured actors she might find attractive. Prosecutor Peter Shaw said the relationship was "characterised by the defendant exerting control over her, verbally abusing her and physically assaulting her. "He engaged in a campaign of verbal and physical abuse against Ms Larke. "He was very controlling of her and took a prurient interest in her past sexual history, which he then used against her, again and again in arguments and assaults against her." The Glasgow Celtic mad comic from High Park Road, Kew, London, pleads not guilty to harassment by causing Ms Larke fear of violence between January and August last year. Mr Shaw said they had met at a video games event and "were intimate", but then lost contact. They resumed their relationship when Mr Collins made contact with her November 2010, with his marriage ended shortly afterwards.
