    Surprised this isn't already on (if it is I apologise)

    Heard on the news that Justin Edinburgh died yesterday of a heart attack. 49 year old and he was still manager of Leyton Orient.

    Unbelievable this as I remember him playing for spurs and he seemed like he had football at heart too, managing a non league side into the league

    Rest in peace. No age at all

    Far too young. A lot of football people saying good things about him. RIP.

    Shocking news at that age, how many fit athletic young men end up having heart attacks, his family must be devastated, RIP.

    You think you’re relatively healthy then you see thing like this and you think, could be anyone any time.

    Scary isn’t it. I’m type 1 diabetic with a family history of heart disease and I’m 43 years old! My dad had his 1st heart attack at not much older than I am!! That’s why I’m trying to stay as fit and healthy as I can with running and other decent cardio!! My motto is “keep it beating before it beats you”
