    Great news, but does this delay the IPCC so that Bettison can hid until March and get his full pension? As far as i know, once he gets through to March the IPCC can't touch him, and even if he's convicted of anything after that date in a criminal court he still keeps his pension because it didn't happen (a conviction) while he was serving.

    Hope I'm wrong.
