Police say Clattenburgh has NO case to answer. What do the FA do about Chelsea's henious accusation now?
I am no great fan of Clattenburg as a ref,but I find this whole situation unbelievable. I cannot believe that he verbally abused players. I hope FA throw the book at Chelsea-but I doubt it.
I've always thought since these allegations first started that Chelsea made these allegations too quickly with little evidence in response to the FA verdict on John Terry.
Police have said that as neither the FA nor Chelsea have spoken to them. The only complaint has come from the black lawyers or whatever they're calling themselves. No complainant, no victim no crime. Unless the FA or Chelsea refer it to the police there's nothing the can do Sent from my GT-I9100 using Tapatalk 2
I have put on another thread that I notice the Black Lawyers Association are running football now. A few bob and publicity in it for them I imagine. If they want to turn this country away from reason they will eventually turn it into something worse than it was before.
Had to have a quiet titter to myself. I was listing to a Sammi Davis Jnr song and thought its fcukin good job he didn't play in the Prem. A Black Jew with a glass eye who married a white woman. The column inches and sound bytes for that one would be immeasurable.
Agree with this, Chelsea and all involved with the club have played the race card and are backing it. I get the feeling that it's another way football has found and are now using to try to infulence the outcome of games. To try to be vindictive and ruin another human beings life and career is pretty low even by football standards. Can you imagine the chants he's going to have to endure at certain grounds when he's eventually allowed to go back to his job, even though he's not been found guilty! Chelsea are a disgrace to football, I hope they get points deducted, or sent down a couple of divisions.
chelsea's rep is being further dragged through the mud isn't it. it's bound to be putting some supporters off the game
http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/20321225 This annoys me. It's not up to the society, it's up to the 'victims' to bring the case to the police. Whether or not the allegations are true it's purely up to Chelsea or Mikel to bring this to the police. Also, in a court of law it must be proven beyond reasonable doubt. It is fairly clear that there would not be a conviction with this stand of proof as there is such little evidence and there is a strong element of doubt. The FA do it on a balance of probability so it's far more likely that there would be a guilty verdict.
