We might as well push for a guaranteed top 10 finish, maybe, just maybe, Europe. I'd say we are safe now.
Use both hands, right, this could get tricky. 9th, correct me if I'm wrong, is a long way off 18th, no?
Research mate before you go insulting. I'm not from Newcastle myself, sorry to disappoint. OH and since you clearly can't count The difference between 9th and 18th is NINE How many fingers (and thumbs, included) do you have again? TEN Ergo, the count from 9 to 18 on your fingers isn't too difficult, even for you.
Don't think he's alright, think I've just proved him as a contradicting hypocrite after yesterdays events. I'm pleased you've been brought back to reality with a crashing thump jordan. Leaving the rest of you guys in peace like. Nowt wrong with the rest of you manc fans, you're lovely guys really, it's just jordan..I'm sure you can understand. Opened his foul mouthed little gob too early I think. TTFN!
I'm the same. I haven't got a huge problem with Man Utd as other fans have, just Saturday pissed me off.
I still dislike Man U like..it's in my programming...dad's a leeds fan. But the fans are alright like
Depends on the points gap - and the strikeforce. Here's hoping for your MASSIVE club going back down. Bloody hell, when you went down, how happy was everyone?
If I'd bothered to read the rest of your posts, I wouldn't have made my last post. I guess I'm just too short fused tonight (for obvious reasons) to see the whole thread unfold
Haha. My post on about 9th being a long way off 18th was just me being cocky in an attempt at a personal dig at Jordan, so don't worry And besides, if we ever went down again, you all know you'd miss us
Safe, eh? How thrilling. Remember 15 years ago when you were briefly our rivals? I was still in school then
So was I. One of my classmates was Dennis Tueart's son. He was a lifelong Citeh fan, but started "supporting" Newcastle as soon as they were challenging for the title. He claimed it was based on the fact his dad was born in Newcastle, but given that he'd never lived there and his dad started out playing for Sunderland, it shows that Utd aren't the only ones who attract the glory hunters...
Liverpool were there before you in the 80's...every other kid at my school supported them, and I lived in Hammersmith FFS
I had that problem in the 80s as well - although we lived on the western edge of Manchester at the time, near Partington, so the proximity to Liverpool meant it was about 80% Liverpool fans, and they were amazingly smarmy for six year olds! The Newcastle one just stuck with me cos he live in Manchester and his dad played for Citeh, but as soon as Newcastle started doing well he "rediscovered" his North East roots
