....We drew 0-0 at home to Bristol City, 2-2 at home to Cardiff and won 0-1 at Burnley. I love coincidence, (no other point to make).
Spooky isn't it? We also finished that Season in some poor form (before the Play-offs). Lost to Sheffield United, Ipswich etc if remember rightly.
The season before that we played Cardiff on May 4th and relied on the Leeds result to determine our fate but were made to wait due to their game being heavily delayed.
I'd forgotten about that!! As I recall the Leeds fans invaded the pitch against Ipswich in an attempt to get the game abandoned knowing that relegation was otherwise inevitable. But I'm feeling drunk and euphoric so I might forgive them (and Paddy Kenny) after yesterday's performance.
