And i think Alex Bruce is well out of his depth, no way chester should have come off he's much better with the ball, also koren offers nothing! He comes across as lethargic this season

Bruce was one of our better players today.

Normally, i'd agree, but Chester had a terrible game, probably his worst for us to date.

Bruce was far better than Chester today. Chester stood off Hazard all game and was skinned without offering any challenge on multiple occasions.

Tbf to Chester, it's a lot easier said than done. Hazard tears defenders up for a living!

No doubt Hazard is a class act, their best player by a mile but Chester made it easy for him. No way Davies would have let him waltz past him so easily and so prolifically.

Chester was below par today, maybe he is suffering from this bug, he didn't look interested.

I still don't rate Bruce this season, hes too inconsistent. He'll put in a really good strong tackle then pass the ball straight to their payer and play him clean through!

When Brady's back i'd much rather see a back 5 of:
    Elmo Chester Davies Fig Brady

Totally disagree on Alex and Chester. Chester had a bit of a mare in the second half and Chelski was clearly concentrating on him. Ran round him like he wasn't there. Bruce was strong...virtually nothing came through the middle.

If he was under the weather he shouldn't have been out there. Were Rosenior and Faye ill too? They were in the squad. Why do you think honest criticism of a players performance provides some weird form of psychological gratification. What a bizarre comment!

Yes you are. No shame if he was under the weather. But he dangles a leg constantly, he faces an attacker square on all the time which is ok with his anticipation in the championship but against players like Chelsea its a liability.

    He'll learn tho he's a good player.

Chester had a poor game but he's up against the best in the world to be fair and has a dozen top-flight games under his belt, the same applies to most of our squad so lets cut them a bit of slack now and then. Will tell him to keep his chin up if I see him tomorrow (am a neighbour)
