I was wondering.
If the ref doess his match report and reports that an official got hit on the head by a missile (coin i think). I assume the FA could fine us.

Could they possibly deduct points for that? i hope not

It isn't compltely analogous although was in a FIFA competition but a few weeks back. Los Angeles Galaxy played Toronto FC in Toronto and some moron thought it would be a great idea to toss a can of beer at Beckham about to take a corner. No action was taken against the person who threw it, at least not by FIFA (most probably they couldn't identify him) but Becks did lay it out to Landon Donovan who scored a tying goal in the 89th minute off that corner. Justice was done, I guess (although TFC did win the second leg, without tossed beer cans)

 

I don't think points are on the table but a financial penalty. We may be able to handle that.

 

Nah, definitely wont be a points deduction, it's pretty frequent.
