Found this on the BBC, and thought it was quite interesting... "This time last year, Brian McDermott took his Reading players for a midweek jaunt into London. They were beaten by League One side Charlton in the League Cup. They only won three of their first 10 games in all competitions and were in 16th place in the Championship on 1 November. Tonight they take another trip into town but in very different circumstances. Tonight they take on Chelsea at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League. It's been quite a year..." Gota love the championship, anything can happen
A lot of things were written last night and today with passion and emotion - we all want the same thing at the end of the day but god knows how the family from Kettering feel having lost their little one and we're irate over losing a football match - that's perspective to me personally.
Sorry I think perspective was the wrong word to use, more of an interesting fact... I'll try and change it if I can work out how!
