Harsh on Martniez. If a member of the public accuses a police officer of being bias it gets investigated. Punishing some one for accusing some one of some thing is ridiculous and stinks of cowardly corruption.

The FA's No dissent is a little like China's Communist governments is it not. Corrupt ruling bodies do not suffer dissent nor elitist groups. Corporate policy is another form of this.
