hate any cruelty to animals..what a tough ****ing bloke. prick

I don't get your logic. Bad things are fine as long as worse things are happening? Its fine if I slap a child, because someone might be killed in an earthquake elsewhere? Crime and punishment can't ignore 'minor' offences.

I don't think he quite meant it like that Colly. It's not a justification, more of an effort to add perspective.

I agree with him, but there is no need for the player to attack a defenceless, innocent creature. Two wrongs do not make a right, but there are more serious issues to consider.

"Man 1: you are right, you are also right.
Man 2: But they cannot both be right?!?
Man 1: You are right as well"

It was awful, I don't know if you've seen the video of it but what a bastard!
He said he was 'trying to see if it could fly'.

Well put!

Obviously he shouldnt of done it. but to be fair it did get the ball blasted into it first and from watching the video that will have caused more damage than the kick. i think it would have died even if he hadnt kicked it. but to kick a bird living, dying or dead is pretty low still.

Had Tiote kicked it, the owl would most certainly have flown!!! Those feet of his are magic <3

No, that's not my logic...

But, for example. It costs £2 a month to save a child or £3 to save a ****in donkey?

I don't personally abuse animals, nor do I support the abuse of animals, but I personally feel more strongly about the abuse of children then the abuse of animals.

I'm with you on that. I am totally opposed to animal cruelty, but a number of years ago i heard a stat that in a given year UK animal charities receive more than twice the amount that childrens charities do. To me that is arse about face and i decided to give all my donations in future to childrens ones until sense prevails.

I break my pledge occasionally though - i'm a soft touch.
