Apparently written by a Brighton fan a couple of years ago (sorry I can not copy it on here. Sure someone could find it). But literally you could just change the name of Brighton for Sunderland and the list of "issues" they have with Gus are the same ones we have. No plan B, not getting ball forward quick enough etc. 4 wins in league is not enough for me. However I can not see any obvious replacement at this stage so hoping things can be turned around pretty quickly.
