1st Leg 7th v. 4th - Saturday 12th May, KO @ 5.30pm
1st Leg 6th v. 5th - Sunday 13th May, KO @ 12.00pm
2nd Leg 4th v. 7th - Wednesday 16th May, KO @ 7.45pm
2nd Leg 5th v. 6th - Thursday 17th May, KO @ 7.45pm
Final @ Wembley - Sunday 27th May, KO @ 3.00pm
